CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

We hope you love your Blingsting. If not, you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The sealed package must be unopened. Due to the nature of the rhinestone artwork, we cannot accept returns for a small amount of crystals that fall off due to normal wear and tear. If you need to initiate a return, please email us at byootcompany@gmail.com and we’ll get it going. 

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF SALE?

The following is in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied. Seller only guarantees that each product conforms to its standard of quality. Seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out the use or inability to use this product. Before each use, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his/her intended use and user assumes all risks and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Byoot Company has no control over the storage, handling, use or application of its products, it must disclaim responsibility for any unsatisfactory results obtained. All recommendations and sales are made on condition that Byoot Company will not be held liable for any damages resulting from product’s use.  In no event will Blingsting’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. It’s best to check state and local laws regarding pepper spray usage. No responsibility of use expressed or implied.
