Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping

We offer $5 shipping on ALL orders. After your payment is verified, it may take 7-14 business days to process and ship your order, but may be longer due to high volume. We will notify you your estimated shipping date via email. This does not include weekends or holidays. Average shipping time is 6-7 days. Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order for a store credit.

*order number
*Return or exchange request and if necessary a picture of the product

1. A tracking number and receipt of the returned package is required. It will help us track and process the return. 

2. We will provide your return/exchange when the package is received.

3. Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

4. Unless the item is defective, the product must be not worn, washed, or otherwise altered. All products must be returned in original condition with tags attached and swimwear must also have the original sanitary liner. Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted. 

5. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service at byootcompany@gmail.com. The return shipping address will be emailed to you. Items must be shipped back to that address.
